My LYS just started carrying this 50%Llama, 50%Wool hand painted shtuff.
I was looking for colorful but muted / autumn colors for my boy. He's off to Europe in the fall and needs a little summfin' to keep him warm, and reminded of home. The skeins were calling out to me from the shelves and I snatched some up.
I haven't even begun this project as it is supposed to be all sneaky and surprisey, but I'd love to hear if anyone else has used it. Tell me the goods tell me the bads. If you please. :o)

Re: Cascade Yarn - Pastaza
Tue, August 28, 2007 - 11:33 AMI loooooved knitting w/ Pastaza. It does shed on you as you knit. I've been told that, after it's first washing and blocking, that the fuzz factor goes down considerably. I felt with mine. It felted fantastic--very smooth w/ no visible stitching but w/o hairyness. I've also heard it will be very warm to wear, thanks to the llama. -
