I went to the chiropractor. I had several pinched nerves, but I am much better now. I hope it lasts!

In answer to 1) see http://knitty.com/issuefall07/PATTneiman.html, a bottom-up raglan that says to work between

which says to work between 13 and 16.5 inches before raglan decreases (depending on size).

http://www.thedietdiary.com/knittingfiend/Raglan/BallGameSweater.html is a calculator for folks wanting to knit a bottom-up raglan...

Good luck! (and what are you doing knitting if you can't sew due to hand stress?...not that its any of my beeswax).

I am making a bottom-up seamless sweater, and I have joined the sleeves to the body and knit a few rounds. I haven't made one of these in a LONG time, and I'm not following any pattern.

1) When you are knitting an adult bottom-up sweater, how many inches do you typically knit before beginning your raglan decreases?

2) For my raglan decreases, I'm planning to k2tog/ssk on each side of all markers on every other row. Is my thinking correct on this? Are there other numbers that you prefer for making raglan decreases?
